Sales website www.visite-palazzofarnese.it

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 49 of the Consumer Code, notice is hereby given that the provider of the service for the sale of admission tickets to Palazzo Farnese, as well as the owner of the e-ticketing platform, is the company Mirabilia Art Wonders S.r.l.s. with headquarters in Rome, Via dei Liburni 2, C.F./P.IVA 16906831009, entrusted exclusively by the French Embassy in Italy with the organization and management of guided tours to the Palazzo Farnese.

1. General conditions of sale
By making a purchase on the on-line ticketing system visite-palazzofarnese.it, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure, and fully accepts the general and payment conditions described below.

2. Method of purchasing tickets

With one transaction, users can purchase a maximum of 8 tickets.
The availability of tickets is subject to change until the transaction is completed with payment.
The purchase of the ticket is completed with the processing of the payment, and the subsequent confirmation of the successful transaction.
After the transaction is completed with payment, it is no longer possible to change or cancel the reservation and tickets are non-refundable.
Payment can be made only by credit card or PayPal, following the instructions available on the site.
At no stage of the purchase process does the ticketing system or back office staff members have access to the Customer’s credit card number; data is sent and exchanged via a secure, encrypted Internet connection according to the most advanced service management standards.
Tickets can be purchased up to 5 days prior to the visitor’s preferred date and time and until all available posts (30 maximum visitors for each time slot) are sold out.
Tickets are associated with names furnished by the purchaser and are non-transferable.
When purchasing, it is mandatory to enter the following information for each visitor: first name, last name, place and date of birth, email address, phone number and ID number. For the latter, only an Italian identity card (carta d’identità) and foreign passports are allowed (no driver’s license, for example).

3. Confirmation of purchase
If the payment is successful, the system displays a purchase confirmation containing the transaction identification code, and the Customer will receive an e-mail confirmation of the purchase indicating the type of tickets purchased, the price paid, and specifics on how to access the Palazzo Farnese.

4. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Please note that since the objective of the Contract is the provision of leisure services that Mirabilia Art Wonders undertakes to provide on a specific date, pursuant to Article 59, 1.n of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal – provided for in Article 52 of the Consumer Code – does not apply. Therefore, the Customer will not be able to exercise this right in connection with the purchase of Admission Tickets to Palazzo Farnese.

5. Refund

There is no refund of the ticket price paid, even in the case of purchase mistake or cancellation by the Customer. There is also no refund for tickets that have been purchased but not used. The only situation in which a ticket may be refunded is specified in #7 below.

Reservations, once confirmed, cannot be changed.

6. Access to Palazzo Farnese

The Customer is required to show the purchase confirmation email in electronic or paper format at the entrance of Palazzo Farnese on the day of the visit.

To gain access to Palazzo Farnese, the Customer is required to be in front of the entrance of the Palace 30 minutes before the scheduled time of entry and to show the same identity document used during the purchase.

The identity document must be presented in original; photocopies of the id are not accepted.

For security reasons, in the event that the Customer arrives to the Palazzo Farnese less than 30 minutes before the scheduled time of entry, access to the Palace will not be granted.

Palazzo Farnese, with the exception of the École Française de Rome Library on the top floor, is accessible to people with disabilities.

7. Cancellations
Palazzo Farnese is the headquarters of the Embassy of France; therefore, for security reasons public access may be prevented, without prior notice, at the sole discretion of the Embassy Security Guards. In this particular circumstance, the Customer will be reimbursed for the full amount of the Entrance Fee.
