Pursuant to Art. 49 of the Consumer Code, notice is hereby given that the provider of the service for the sale of admission tickets to Palazzo Farnese as well as the owner of the e-ticketing platform is the company Mirabilia Art Wonders S.r.l.s. with headquarters in Rome, Via dei Liburni 2, C.F./P.IVA 16906831009, entrusted exclusively by the French Embassy in Italy with the organization and management of cultural visits to Palazzo Farnese.

1. General terms and conditions of sale
By making a purchase on the on-line ticketing platform visite-palazzofarnese.it, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure, and fully accepts the general and payment conditions described below.

2. How to purchase tickets
With one transaction, users can purchase a maximum of 8 tickets.
Ticket availability is subject to change until the transaction is completed with payment.
The purchase of the ticket is finalized by making the payment and subsequent confirmation of the successful transaction.
After the transaction is completed with payment, it is no longer possible to change or cancel the reservation or obtain a refund, unless the Client chooses the “flexible ticket,” which allows for changes to the date, time, and names of participants without penalty to the Client, by sending a request to the Mirabilia Art Wonders Reservations Office at any time, subject to availability of tickets and within 7 days from the date of the purchased guided tour.
Payment can only be made by credit card or PayPal, following the instructions available on the website.
At no stage in the purchase process does the ticketing system or back office staff members become aware of the customer’s credit card number; data is sent and exchanged via a secure, encrypted Internet connection according to the most advanced service management standards.
Tickets can be purchased up to 5 days before the date chosen by the user, choosing the date and time slot for admission until the available places are sold (33 tickets maximum for each time slot, with the exception of the guided tour on Wednesday at 5 p.m. and the guided tour on Friday at 5 p.m., for which there is a maximum of 25 tickets).
Tickets are nominative and non-transferable.
During the purchasing process, it is mandatory to enter the following data for each visitor: first name, last name, place and date of birth, email address, phone no., document no. A driver’s license is not accepted; only ID cards and passports are allowed.

3. Confirmation of purchase
If the payment is successful, the system displays a confirmation of the purchase containing the transaction identification code, and the user receives an e-mail confirmation of the purchase indicating the type of tickets purchased, the price paid, and the mode of access to Palazzo Farnese.

4. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Please be advised that since the subject of the Contract is the provision of services related to leisure that Mirabilia Art Wonders undertakes to provide on a specific date, pursuant to Art. 59(I)(N) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided by Art. 52 of the Consumer Code does not apply. The Customer will therefore not be able to exercise this right in connection with the purchase of Admission Tickets to Palazzo Farnese.

5. Refund
In the event of a user giving up the guided tour or making a wrong purchase, there is no refund of the ticket price paid. There is also no refund for tickets that have been purchased but not used. The only case for which a ticket refund is provided is that specified in Ch. 7.
Reservations once confirmed are not changeable, unless the Client has selected the “flexible ticket” referred to in Article 2 above.

6. Access to Palazzo Farnese
The Customer is required to show the purchase confirmation email in electronic or paper format at the entrance of Palazzo Farnese.
In order to gain access to Palazzo Farnese, the Customer is required to be in front of the entrance of the Palace 30 minutes before the scheduled time of entry and show the same ID used at the time of purchase.
The ID document must be presented in original; photocopies of the document are not accepted.
In the event that the Client shows up at Palazzo Farnese less than 30 minutes before the scheduled time of entry, access to the Palace will not be granted for security reasons.
Palazzo Farnese is accessible to people with disabilities, with the exception of the École française de Rome and the Basements.

7. Cancellations
Palazzo Farnese is home to the Embassy of France; therefore, for security reasons public access may be prevented, without prior notice, at the sole discretion of the Embassy Security Guards. In all such cases, the Customer who will not be allowed access to Palazzo Farnese will be reimbursed in full for the Admission Ticket.
